Commercial Banking - Mainland Corporates

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as VP, Corporate Banking – Mainland Corporates, reporting to Division Head, Corporate Banking - Mainland Corporates.
Principal responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients
Improve the loan portfolio mix and maintain the loan assets at quality level by conducting credit assessment of customers' financing requests in a professional manner and by monitoring credit risks and customers' credit standing regularly and then act promptly and appropriately;
Expand customer base in order to increase the Bank’s market share in the segment;
Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance
Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality
Cross-sell a full range of banking products
Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior members
Experience: Mid / Senior level

Requirements
University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management, preferably in financial institutions industry with client facing experience (Chinese Corporate Coverage experience preferred)
Passes in HKSI and relevant insurance licensing examinations preferred
Ability to work under pressure independently, with strong self-motivation and growth mind set
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in English, Chinese and Cantonese
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
