RBW Transformation and Business Architect
Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) Transformation and Business Architect is a team of change agents who strive for designing, developing, and delivering customer-focused products and journeys with sustainable value.
Key responsibilities cover the below areas:
•Translating business strategy into action by framing business challenges into clear objectives and applying architectural principles to design practical solutions
•Driving broad, multi-disciplinary and front to back transformations across lending, wealth, insurance, payment and transaction banking, data, propositions, omni-channel and regulatory initiatives
•Shaping recommendation through root cause analysis, customer journey mapping, design thinking and pros and cons analysis of how something being built
•Delivering initiatives according to roadmap, key performance indicators (KPI) and objectives and key results (OKR).
Continually refining and optimizing design and delivery, and driving ongoing improvement alongside product owner and risk stewards
•Transforming the ways of working and sharing best practices across all value streams, to optimize outcome, cost and speed of delivery
•Establishing proper governance, roles and responsibilities, resolving blockers / risk and issues and tracking costs and benefits to enable funding and decision prioritization
•Providing the blueprint and framework that guide HASE RBW towards the target future state architecture, ensuring initiatives are consistently designed and aligned to capability direction

Requirements
University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in leading scrum teams to implement medium-large scale projects successfully.
Strong in project management/business analysis capability.
Knowledge in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment related business preferred.
Familiarize with different ranges of business analytical tools like data models, process flow construction, customer journey mapping etc.
Agile knowledge and scrum master experience will be an advantage.
Being proactive, innovative, with good communication and analytical skills, and is able to share previous experience on presenting his/her proposals in front of senior management.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Ability to adopt a growth mindset and proactively identify and drive change opportunities across different stakeholders to secure their support.
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
