Principal responsibilities
Manage all aspects of designing and organizing the insurance training curriculum for the Insurance Department
Deploy a wide variety of training methods, organize and deliver training sessions, launch events, product positioning seminars, and other up-skilling initiatives
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that address needs and expectations
Coordinate training logistics across all channels recruited and authorized to distribute products and services of Bank Insurance
Work with Training Department to review the life insurance training agenda and delivery of agreed life insurance learning content to all internal and external frontline sales channels
Provide advice on the content of customer or internal stakeholder learning and development events
Experience: Entry level

Requirements
University degree holder in related discipline or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance field
Passed all relevant papers I,II,III of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals, good computer and database skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
