Principal Responsibilities
Lead the Equities team and provide strategic oversight for implementing fundamental equities and multi-asset investment strategies, ensuring integrated investment management across equities, fixed income, and other asset classes to deliver competitive risk-adjusted performance against relevant benchmarks and peer groups.
Conduct top-down macroeconomic analysis and bottom-up fundamental research to identify investment opportunities in global prospective, with emphasis in Greater China/Asian equities; generate actionable investment recommendations and stock-picking ideas (including factor analysis and screening).

Requirements
University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; CFA designation preferable.
Extensive senior-level experience (preferably >15 years) in investment management, with proven track record in leading equities/multi-assets teams, managing HK/China/Asian equity strategies, and overseeing or managing multi-asset strategies with competitive performance.
Above-median/benchmark-beating performance in actively managed retail and/or institutional equity strategies, as well as multi-asset/funds-of-funds/asset allocation strategies.
Strong leadership experience in mentoring junior team members, building high-performing teams, and integrating equities with broader multi-asset frameworks.
Deep expertise in top-down macro analysis, bottom-up fundamental research, multi-asset allocation, quantitative approaches, alpha/beta & factor investing, and Greater China/Asian markets across asset classes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales/Product) and external stakeholders on equity and multi-asset topics.
Good understanding of investment compliance, risk management (including portfolio-level and cross-asset risks), and regulatory standards.
Strong team working attitude with great sense of ownership and servicing mindset
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; self-motivated, able to work under pressure with strong sense of ownership and team-oriented mindset.
