Principal responsibilities
Assist in the planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives on the wealth sales journey, process and controls for ongoing improvement on sales service quality, operational efficiency and sales compliance
Support the project planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives on the wealth sales capability and financial planning tools, and influence stakeholders to gain buy-in and deliver change at pace
Use market insight and competitor analysis to understand internal user and external customers’ needs on the wealth sales journey and value to the wealth business

Requirements
University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
Knowledge of investment sales journey and financial planning
Passion for change with proven track record of managing complex delivery projects through scrums
Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred
Strong self-motivation, detail-minded and has the ability to work independently
Good project management skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial but not essential
Proficiency in PC application software and agile delivery tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
