Principal responsibilities
Achieve sales target by planning and management of team activities
Lead the team to solicit new applications through branch / roadshows
Keep abreast of latest development of recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
Manage team performance and development of subordinates
Manager 3rd party vendor as Service ambassador to support roadshow activities while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
Improve success rate of applications by minimizing missing supporting documents / application information
Manage team administrative work
Manage roadshow operations and ensure service quality is up to standard and compliance

Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
Proven working experience in retail banking product management with at least 3 years in managerial grade
Strong business acumen and numeric sense
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Great sense of ownership and ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills
