We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns (12-month contract)
In this role you will:
Campaigns, Content & Projects
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, consideration and client engagement
Develop and manage content, including thought leadership pieces, digital content, and client success stories, to support marketing objectives, in conjunction with the Global Content Centre of Excellence team and the Global Events Experience and Operations team
Develop toolkits and supporting activity for local markets to use to help drive global campaigns, brand consistency, and marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Commercial Strategy & Growth Marketing
Support the global marketing strategy for Global Corporates and Institutions, aligning with commercial growth objectives
Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities within the Global Corporates and Institutions segments
Assist in executing marketing programs that support deal origination and client acquisition
Measurement & Insights
Track and analyse performance metrics for all activity, against the activity objectives
Utilise data insights to continuously refine marketing strategies
Advocate for insight for marketing and go-to-market activities
Leadership & Teamwork
Lead and develop a team of marketers across various areas and regions
Influence and work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts with the client/customer at the heart of decisions
Deliver regular global check in’s for marketing activity across Global and Local CIB teams, in conjunction with Global Brand, to deliver support and guidance for all things CIB brand and CBI global campaigns
Promote Agile Principles and foster a collaborative working environment that reflects the banking group’s values
