We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Corporate Account Manager I.
In this role you will:
Formulate outreach sales strategy of Employee Banking Solutions (EBS) for assigned Division so to contribute respective divisions and branches delivering Retail Banking performance objectives and RTD delivering business goals in RBW in long term as a whole.
Act as focal point via outreach on Intra-group collaboration such as CIB, CMB and MPF for mutual benefits and business
Deliver acquisition strategy to new-to-bank customer and capture cross-stream referral business opportunities • Maintain excellent relationship with CMB/ Branch counterparties and follow through customer needs
Pay close attention to competitor’s strategies and offer in various field such as mortgage, Integrated Account and payroll and promote bank’s edges against them
Represent divisions and branches to provide customer and staff feedback for an efficient end-to-end process on EBS.
Promote EBS referral skills and share best practices among RTD Customers / Stakeholders
Build strategic business relationship with intra-group partners for sales opportunities and business development
Represent divisions and branches to provide customer and staff feedback for ensuring an efficient end to end process on EBS Leadership & Teamwork
Act as a role model for our values and behaviours, authentically engaging with colleagues and internal customers.
Maintain best place to bank principles through coaching and training Operational Effectiveness & Control
Keep abreast with present and forthcoming regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of Group compliance, Operational Risk and other control guidelines for WPB
Maintain the banking group internal control standards, continually review work practices to improve productivity, whilst identifying activity that compromises ability to spend time with individuals or your team

Requirements
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, continually review work practices to improve productivity, whilst identifying activity that compromises ability to spend time with individuals or your team
Acquire EBS enrolment through collaborating with other stakeholder and strengthen HSBC primary banking relationship
Refer EBS business to branches and co-operate with branch colleagues in sales exploration
Present EBS plan proposals in a professional way to customers and business partners and follow up the progress of EBS enrolment status
Deliver the required service standards and proposition consistently
Operate within the approved operating and strategic plan process to develop the WPB business
Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the like hood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.1.2 of the Group Operations FIM
