We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Liabilities Products Manager.
In this role you will:
Develop behavioral insight and respective product and customer strategy to optimize deposit growth and profit
Bridge data to decision-making and transform insights into actions that optimize campaigns, strengthen product value propositions, and increase customer engagement and digital adoption.
Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, providing clear, actionable insights to shape strategic decisions.
Identify, assess, and progress new product concepts and innovation opportunities.
Partner with Data Analytics and various Business teams to assess product performance and convert insights into strategies that improve profitability, acquisition, and retention.
Conduct robust benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the business maintain competitiveness and stay ahead of key trends.
Drive cross-functional collaboration on priority initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives and timely execution.
Deliver ad hoc projects as required, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
To be successful you will need:
Strong understanding of retail banking industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Highly analytical and customer-centric mindset with experience delivering strategic initiatives implementation and/or business transformation
AI or machine learning exposure and China banking industry knowledge would be an advantage
Experience in business case development and project coordination
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced collaboration, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
