We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP II - Insurance.
In this role you will:
Proactively identify new business opportunities and provide excellent direct sales services to customer engaging Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and or other frontline partners.
Convert these opportunities into real income at a high closing with revenue targets being regularly achieved or exceeded.
Manage the department’s key relationships bu providing excellent after sales service and identifying untapped business opportunities, thereby growing maximizing customers’ Investment and Insurance wallet share in accordance with the customers’ requirement
Provide excellent customer service to the satisfaction of customer and to acquire, retain and strengthen customer relationships
Work with Commercial Banking Relationship Manager closely on a day-to-day basis to build trust and rapport.
Ensure Relationship Manager’s are aware of and comfortable in making business referrals to them and respond to their referral’s requests in a timely manner.
Provide professional advice to internal and external customers on how Investment and Insurance can fulfil business requirements
Recommend changes in products, service, and process by evaluating results and competitive developments and to mentor less experiences team members to jointly achieve sales and targets as a team
To be successful you will need:
Solid years of experience for insurance and investment products
Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Exam, paper 1, 2, 3 and 5 or posses certain insurance qualification according to the regulatory requirement
Hong Kong Securities and Investment Paper 1,7 and 8 or possess certain investment wealth management qualifications according to the regulatory requirement
Strong interpersonal, sales and communication skill. Good Computing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
