We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Manager, Product Development & Management.
In this role you will:
Drive the implementation of new life insurance product initiatives in various distribution channels (including GPB & Wealth, CMB, Brokers, Digital, etc).
Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle–ideation, product engineering, system development, product approval and launch support.
Develop customer-friendly product collaterals and marketing materials to promote the banking group Life insurance offerings.
Conduct market study and customer research to better understand emerging market trend and customer needs.
Conduct post implementation review after new product launch so as to identify gaps for future product development.
Ensure timely delivery of core deliverables with high accuracy, service standard and quality to drive business strategy.
Ensure all artefacts adhere to the established marketing/product development frameworks and guidelines
To be successful you will need:
Relevant experience in financial services, experience in life insurance preferred
An advantage to have solid knowledge in life insurance product development and customer collaterals
Detail-minded, ability to handle multitask in a fast-paced work environment, and prioritize work assignments
Highly effective communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment and be able to work independently.
Good team player to collaborate with teammates and other counterparts for efficient project delivery
Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English is a must
University degree in relevant discipline
Any Professional Actuarial Bodies and related qualification is a bonus
