We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Virtual Relationship Manager, Contact Centre and Remote Channel.
In this role you will:
The job holder has a responsibility to attend to Premier customer service requests through the telephone, emails and Live Connect on service matters.
This includes executing instructions from customer promptly and accurately, responding to customers’ requests, working closely with other departments to ensure customers’ instructions and requests are executed correctly and followed up in a timely manner
Build effective interactions and relationship with customer and meet the performance expectation in activities per contact strategy, successful referrals and provide financial services e.g FX, TMD, retail banking products as well as Wealth & Protection product opportunity
