Retail Banking and Wealth has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of the banking group to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of retail banking and wealth capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, the banking group Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager - International.
In this role you will:
Acquire, develop and retain new Non-Resident Premier Clients via outreach activities & referral sources as well as conduct in depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs of customers and deliver a consistent and tailored wealth management and financial planning service to a portfolio of the banking group clients
Advise on a full range of products and services that include both the banking group manufactured products and those provided by external partners
Continuously monitor and gather information to assess potential impacts and identify possible risks and opportunities for the business
Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing

Requirements
Maintain the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC and adhere to the Business Principles and Values of HSBC
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
Experience working in relevant environment with a track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of financial planning and wealth products; and clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
Proficient in both English and Chinese
Mandarin, Cantonese and English-speaking skills are advantageous
