Engage proactively with origination teams, both internal and external legal counsel, and clients to align on documentation requirements, ensuring clarity from both a commercial and legal perspective.
Drive adherence to documentation drafting standards while addressing regulatory requirements, mitigating performance risk, and fostering opportunities for documentation process enhancements that are both cost-effective and operationally sound.
Ensure comprehensive understanding and operational management of documentation processes resulting in a robust end-to-end approach in line with Loans Agency market standards.

At least 5 years of professional experience within the banking sector, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in loan documentation and transaction management.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, loan market standards, and regulatory frameworks relevant to lending and transaction documentation.
Proven negotiation skills, capable of handling complex and challenging documentation discussions with clients and counterparties.
Strong communication skills with diverse transaction stakeholders, capable of conveying complex legal and technical information clearly and diplomatically.
