The role is responsible for driving execution of business priorities, managing financial resources, and ensuring strong coordination with control and infrastructure partners.
This position acts as a key connector between the business and functions including Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and HR, with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and well-controlled outcomes.
An ideal candidate would have experience in Private Bank and Corporate & Investment Bank, with a focus on Global Markets and Wealth Management products.
Strong experience in a COO, Business Management, Strategy, Project & Change Management or similar role within Fixed Income, Markets, or Private Bank (more than 10 years).
Methodical, data-driven approach to dissect complex challenges and deliver scalable, practical solutions.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and align senior stakeholders across front office, risk, compliance, and operations.
Commercially minded, proactive, and innovative in identifying opportunities, driving change, and delivering business growth
Self starter with strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to operate independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
