Partner with Private Banking leadership and HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and role requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Relationship Management, Investment Specialists, Product, and Support functions within Private Banking.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of direct search, talent pools, referrals, and selected external partners.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against technical capabilities, behavioural competencies, and cultural fit.
Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the bank in all external interactions.
Advise hiring managers on market insights, candidate availability, salary benchmarking, and selection best practices.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback sessions, and selection decisions.
Support offer development and negotiation within internal guidelines and approval frameworks.
Maintain accurate, timely data in the applicant tracking system and produce regular hiring reports and insights.
Ensure all recruitment activity complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition, including process optimisation, employer branding, and diversity hiring.
University degree or equivalent professional experience.
Professional HR or recruitment certification is an advantage but not essential.
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within financial services or Private Banking/Wealth Management.
Strong understanding of front‑office Private Banking roles and the skills required to succeed in a client‑facing, regulated environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for mid to senior‑level roles.
Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience advising and influencing senior leaders.
