We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant RBW Insurance Distribution Manager.
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing Insurance manned channel sales strategies and plans, managing sales analytics, data-driven insights, and providing frontline engagement support for driving retail business.
Principal Responsibilities
Take ownership of KPI: Insurance Maturity Recapture, New to Insurance penetration and Mainlander Business.
Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to develop and implement insurance sales strategies, business and marketing initiatives focusing on retail business to achieve revenue targets.
Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external counterparts, including but not limited to product development, sales journey revamp and frontline engagement.
Manage sales analytics and data-driven insights to provide recommendations for performance improvement and capture sales opportunities

要求
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years' experience in strategy and planning, sales analytics, or related field
Good knowledge of retail banking business, with strong business acumen and numerical sense. Experience in insurance business is advantageous
Self-driven, with the ability to solve problems with conceptual and analytical capabilities to deal with ambiguities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting
Excellent written communication skills & high proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
