Principal responsibilities
Responsible to assist the daily operations and preparation of food items
Ensure the highest quality of food production.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen
Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner

要求
At least 10 years related working experience in number 1 wok or number 2 wok, preferably in Chinese Premium Dinning Restaurant, Club House or Chinese banqueting at luxury hotels
Must be good in communication and possess strong sense of responsibility.
