Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers.
With around 250 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as Prestige Private Wealth Centre Team Head II, reporting to Branch Manager.
Principal responsibilities
Lead the Prestige Private RMs and manage the centre to achieve assigned KPIs through formulating and implementing localized sales and marketing strategies and monitoring their effectiveness
Organize various promotional activities for acquiring new business
Monitor and review sales process to improve sales efficiency and enhance customer experience
Organize product briefing, experience sharing and role play sessions to enhance team members’ product/ investment knowledge and selling skills
Support Prestige Private RMs in providing investment consultancy services to enhance professionalism of our service for high-net-worth, mainlander and offshore customers
Develop mechanisms to monitor sales quality
Set clear performance targets and objectives and monitoring their progress regularly
Enhance the competencies and professionalism of the sales team to improve sales performance via sales coaching

要求
University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP
Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
Proven sales experience in managing the portfolio of high net worth, mainlander and offshore customers with people management experience preferable
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers and manage complex interactions effectively
Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; high proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
