University degree in Banking and Finance or related disciplines
5-8 years of relevant experience in investment product development
Solid background and knowledge on investment FX products with hands-on track record in product development
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables
