Principal responsibilities
Lead the team to solicit new applications through branch / roadshows and meet business target
Keep abreast of latest development of recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
Manage roadshow operations and ensure service quality is up to standard and compliance
Assist the Retail Banking Manager to manage the team performance and development of subordinates

要求
Degree / Diploma in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
Minimum 5 years relevant experience and at least 1 year at supervisory level, with exposure to retail banking products acquisition is an advantage
Strong service and sales orientation, with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work in different locations and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
