We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Card Authorization & Portfolio Services Officer, reporting to Card Authorization and Portfolio Services Manager
Principal responsibilities
Provide quality authorization services to cardholders and merchants, handle the application for credit limit adjustment, card loan & installment, take appropriate and timely actions to minimize the Bank’s loss
Ensure the provision of efficient card loss reporting / emergency service to cardholders
Ensure the provision of reliable authorization services by monitoring the authorization system network
Ensure the performance of authorization hotline and credit services are above the service pledge
Assist in compiling standard and other ad-hoc reports as instructed
Initiate the process improvement areas to enhance the operation efficiency
Requirements:
Diploma in a related discipline or other relevant professional qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service experience, with exposure to unsecured leading products and call centre business preferred
Strong attentiveness to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Willing to work on flexi-hours or shift basis (7x24)
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an ad...
