We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, General Insurance.
In this role you will:
Management of the relationship with EDA partners
Ensuring EDA partners meet their commitments under contracted SLA’s
Ensuring requirements of the Insurance Partnerships TOM are met
Designing and implementing robust processes for monitoring operational performance
Identifying opportunities for service improvements
Ensuring complaint management processes are operating effectively
Working closely with other the banking group departments to provide effective support to EDA operations
Co-ordination of IT development efforts to support business initiatives and projects (incl. product launch)
To be successful you will need:
Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology or a related field
Experience of Operations, IT management, Service Quality management, Business Control and Continuous Improvement activities
Ability to form effective working relationships and influence at a senior management level in the banking group and third party organizations
Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong financial and analytical skills to understand and use metrics to draw conclusions and drive management action
Capability to understand and interpret complex business requirements
Ability to budget, track and control project activity
Knowledge of the insurance business and regulatory environment
