We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Customer Engagement and Event.
In this role you will:
Plan and deliver end-to-end customer engagement and event programmes and acquisition campaigns aligned to commercial growth targets, including strategy, budgeting, timelines, audience selection, risk/controls, execution, and post-event/campaign performance reporting
Design and execute personalised HNW engagements with clear pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up journeys to improve conversion, share of wallet, and relationship depth
Drive branch- and initiative-led activations (including wellness and lifestyle engagement) to increase branch visits and customer touchpoints, while providing on-site event delivery support and vendor/venue/production management
Build an annual/quarterly engagement calendar aligned to segment and proposition priorities
Manage agencies and suppliers (venue, vendor, production house), including briefs, run-of-show, logistics, and on-site operations
Ensure all activities meet internal governance, brand standards, and applicable regulatory and risk requirements
To be successful you will need:
Proven experience in customer engagement, events, sponsorship/activations, or experiential marketing in banking/financial services (HNW exposure preferred)
Strong programme/project management capability with cross-team coordination and disciplined follow-through
Commercial mindset: able to link engagement activity to pipeline outcomes and measurable performance metrics
