We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President Customer Intelligence.
In this role you will:
Execute the insight exploration through analyses of the portfolio and other data sources
Facilitate the interpretation of data analyses and data-led insights in business language
Prepare presentation materials for management in illustrating outcome of business analyses and respective recommendations
Develop business outcome tracking templates
Adopt market / industry best practices and bring-in best-in-class and relevant solutions for better business decisions.
Support the awareness building on how to leverage analytics tools and techniques by business communities
Adhere to standards for the application of analytics in the team
To be successful you will need:
Solid experience in leveraging business analytics to drive business growth, based on internal and external best practice
Degree in relevant quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline with a focus on use of analytics
Ability to converse both in technical and business language
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in banking products and services preferably in commercial / SME banking field
Rich experience in working with cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g.
AWS, GCP, etc.) and data & analytics tools (e.g.
SAS, Python)
Understanding of data model and fair experience in data governance would be an advantage
