We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Proposition and Transaction Growth.
In this role you will:
Drive alignment across stakeholders to deliver customer-centric innovative banking solutions, enhance customer adoption, and achieve targeted revenue growth objectives
Define and refine the Business Banking’s proposition to ensure it aligns with market needs and differentiates the brand
Develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor propositions for different target audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.
product development, marketing, sales and operations) to ensure seamless execution of commercialisation plans
Ensure the customer proposition is compelling, relevant, and aligned with the organization’s overall strategic goals
Optimize the profitability of customer propositions through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement on end-to-end customer journey
Foster a culture of customer-centricity across the organization
Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market
Communicate the customer proposition and commercialisation strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Regularly report on progress, insights, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders
To be successful you will need:
University graduate with extensive general banking experience with exposure in commercial banking, business development and banking products.
Understand commercial banking products and the banking group’s beyond banking capabilities
Creative thinking to generate ideas balancing business impact, cost and time to market.
With effective communication, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
Good writing skills in Chinese and English
Strong drive and self-motivated
Organised with ability to work independently
