1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
These Terms are informational drafts for product validation and governance alignment. They are not a substitute for bespoke legal review for your organisation.
2. The service
Nexus facilitates structured introductions between job seekers and insiders. We are not a recruiting agency, placement firm, or employer for third-party roles shared on the platform unless expressly stated.
Listing content is user-generated. Nexus does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any opportunity. Users must conduct their own diligence.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of compromise.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that jeopardise security, harass others, or materially breach these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform to harvest data, spam users, misrepresent identity, upload unlawful content, circumvent credit or unlock controls, or attempt to reverse engineer non-public systems.
Do not submit special category or highly sensitive personal data unless clearly necessary and lawful; prefer minimised professional summaries where possible.
5. Credits, payments, and promotions
Certain actions may consume credits as described in-product. Purchases may be processed through Stripe or stubbed demo flows depending on environment configuration.
Promotional mechanics (for example demo codes) may be enabled for testing. Promotional entitlements can be modified or withdrawn to protect platform integrity.
6. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts in Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable in-product notices or email where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
